The urban music artist Sech's brother has come to his defense following criticism of his performance. Previously, a video had been circulating on social media in which some entertainment outlets criticized Sech's halftime show during the match between Inter Miami CF and Independiente del Valle, held in Puerto Rico. The criticism was based on the fact that few people were singing along to the Panamanian's songs, despite the venue being full. Carlos Josué Morales, known as Mr. Jozue on social media and Sech's brother, stated that, in his opinion, some publications create controversy solely for views. "The person who made the post is clearly doing it to get some views," he expressed. In Sech's defense, Morales highlighted one of his brother's greatest achievements in Puerto Rico: having filled the iconic Coliseo de Puerto Rico, popularly known as the 'Choli,' on three occasions. A stage reserved for the biggest draw artists in Latin music. "My brother has already filled the Choli three times in Puerto Rico," he affirmed, making it clear that the numbers and the public's response back the artist's career. Furthermore, he launched a critique at some media and content creators, ensuring that this type of publication is precisely the reason why many artists opt not to grant interviews or make statements. "That's why artists don't give them interviews or notes or anything..." he added in his comment.
