The singer Daddy Yankee requested contempt in the legal conflict with his wife Mireddys González. To ensure transparency and the proper functioning of his companies, El Cartel Record, Inc. and Los Cangris, Inc., he hired the banking security company CCG Consultants LLC, led by Carlos Cases Gallardo, former FBI chief in Puerto Rico, his lawyer Jean Paul Vissepó Garriga reported.
Vissepó Garriga emphasized that Cases Gallardo's experience and track record will be fundamental to organizing the corporations transparently and in accordance with the rigorous standards imposed by Daddy Yankee upon taking the presidency of his companies.
The lawyer explained that, due to the lack of essential documents and the significant scarcity of relevant information during the transition of the corporations, Cases Gallardo and his team will collaborate with financial advisors to clarify the questions raised due to the lack of documentation.
In the context of the legal conflict, Mireddys González and her sister Ayeisha must deliver all documents and digital accesses to the bank accounts of the companies belonging to the singer, but so far they have not complied with all legal requirements.
González recently requested the court to appoint a judicial administrator for the corporations, claiming they are not functioning due to the lawsuit filed by Daddy Yankee against her. However, the singer's legal representation opposed this request, deeming it incorrect and completely inadmissible.
The legal dispute between Daddy Yankee and Mireddys González began after transfers totaling 100 million dollars were made by the González sisters from the corporate bank accounts to their personal accounts without the artist's authorization. These events occurred after Daddy Yankee and González's separation was confirmed; they had been married for nearly three decades and have two children together.
